GIFCC

The rich heritage culture of Galo is diminishing year by year due to globalisation and the invasion of the religion by missionaries. Therefore, to preserve its faith, culture, and tradition, the regulatory body to make the rules and to regulate has been formed by the indigenous Galo People. The name of the regulatory body is Galo Indigenous Faith & Cultural Council (GIFCC). The council was formed in 2012 by the senior members of the community. The GIFCC is affiliated with the Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh (IFCSAP).
